
INGREDIENTS
- 200g chocolate (to taste)
- 120g raw shelled pistachios
- 30g puffed rice
- Small piece of butter
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a little butter and if necessary to dissolve it more, add a little milk.
- We are going to toast the pistachios: rinse the pistachios in a colander and add salt to them (the contrast of the chocolate with the salt gives an authentic flavor)
- Once drained and salted, microwave them for 5 minutes, stir them, and microwave for another 5 minutes. Set aside a few for decoration.
- We mix the melted chocolate, the puffed rice, and the pistachios.
- We put the mixture in rectangular molds and decorate with the reserved pistachios that we have previously crumbled.
- 20 minutes in the freezer and ….. ready to eat
